Breathe. Focus. Renew.

Guided meditation and breathing, with a streak that will not let you quit.

Seventeen practices audited against their real protocol and statistics that answer the only question that matters: is this working for me? Free, no account, no subscription.

Coming to Google Play when the challenge ends. Android only for now. The challenge page is in Spanish.

Breathe in

The app's real orb. This is what breathing looks like.

18 spots

The 18 founders' challenge

Try Meditor before anyone else, September 15 to 28. Installing it and using it a little is enough. The people who join make it possible for Meditor to be published, and they are the first to use it.

When you join

Meditor Pro, forever

Handed over on day zero, no strings attached. No ads, full statistics, the whole wiki and the notes journal.

Extra: a 14-day streak

Founder Ray, with your number

For those who complete a 14-day streak during the challenge. It is an extra, nobody has to, and it is never handed out again.

Seventeen practices

Nine meditations and eight breathing techniques

Each one audited against its real protocol: what the card promises is exactly what the orb does. Wim Hof is thirty breaths because Wim Hof is thirty breaths.

Three programs

A path over several days, so you do not have to choose

Starting from zero

7 days · 5 to 10 minutes. For someone who has never meditated.

Sleep better

10 days · before bed. Lengthen the exhale, let the day go.

Lowering anxiety

5 days · tools for the moment you need them.

What makes it different

Honest about the evidence

The wiki states the real effect sizes, not inflated promises. Every claim backed by a study carries its source with a PMID, verified against PubMed. And there is an article on the adverse effects of meditation, which exist and almost nobody mentions.

Answers whether it is working

Mood before and after each practice, and a plain-language reading of your numbers. Other apps show you accumulated minutes.

Freezes you earn

Not bought, not watched in an ad. Earned by practicing, and they cover a day you missed without breaking the streak: life happens, and losing forty days over one rough Tuesday is bad design.

One-time payment

Meditor Pro is five dollars, once. Not a subscription, in a market that is almost entirely subscriptions. And the practices are never charged for.

Questions

What people usually ask

Is it on Google Play yet?

Not yet. Google requires a new app to first pass a 14-day closed test with at least 12 people, and that is the founders' challenge, September 15 to 28. When it ends, it gets published.

Do I need an account?

No. Meditor works entirely without an account and without internet. Linking Google is optional and does one thing: it keeps your streak when you change phones.

What about iPhone?

Android for now. We intend to launch on iPhone later on.

Is it a subscription?

No. Meditor Pro is a one-time payment of five dollars, and the practices are always free, with or without Pro.

What does it do with my data?

What you meditate stays on your phone. The only things that leave, and you can turn all of them off, are linking Google, seeing ads if you do not have Pro, and a report if the app closes on its own. It is all spelled out in the privacy policy.

How do I delete my account?

From the app, in Settings → your account → Delete my account. It is immediate and you do not need to write to anyone. What gets deleted and what does not, in Delete my account.
